Why can't I login or register?
In common with many sites these days, LadyRiva.com uses cookies, which are small pieces of data sent to your borwser and stored on your computer's hard drive. If you have set cookies to 'Off' on your computer you will be unable to use this website as they are used to recognise when you are logged in. We recommend you set cookies to 'On' for LadyRiva.com via your internet browser.

We have also recently found that some software firewalls, eg. ZoneAlarm, and pop-up blocking software can also prevent cookies from functioning properly, and may also inhibit correct movie playing. We therefore recommend that you switch these off whilst using LadyRiva.com.
How much do tokens cost?

Membership of LadyRiva.com costs the following:

Why was my credit card was rejected?
We are not involved with any part of the credit card transaction process. You need to contact the CCBill Customer Service Centre.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
The Name CCBill.com will appear on your credit card statment. We understand that discretion is important!
Why can I only make a limited number of credit card payments every 48 hours?
As an anti-fraud measure, CCBill limit the number of credit card purchases you can make every 48 hours.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue monetary refunds (ie. we do not refund your credit card once you have purchased membership).
I had an account on the old Lady Riva website which still had tokens in it. What has happened to those?
All 'old' Lady Riva accounts are still valid on the new site. If you had tokens in your account, or had previously purchased movies from us, then you have been allocated a certain amount of free membership time. Just login as usual and your free time will start - we recommend that you use it to download any movies you previously purchased, as these will no longer be watchable in the old format.
